Tim Minnix, Owner

Tim Minnix has been in the construction business since 1970, when he joined his parents in the family construction business. In 1983, Tim relocated to Dallas and began a successful commercial construction company. In the late 90's, Tim returned to Lubbock to take up the reins of the family's construction business. Tim has been involved in commercial construction in Lubbock and the surrounding area for the past thirteen years. Tim has carried on the Minnix tradition by creating Minnix Commercial. Tim believes, "Customers Always Come First." His company is based on honesty, integrity and a commitment to always do the right thing.

In addition to Minnix Commercial, Tim enjoys being one of the owners of Keller Williams Realty. Keller Williams provides commercial and residential realty services. Tim enjoys creating opportunities for others to invest in real estate and has always loved the opportunity and challenge provided by commercial construction.

Tim has also spent a lifetime serving others. After marrying Connie over 30 years ago, they have spent many years in ministry to others. This includes an inner city ministry in New York City, being Director of Day Break Counseling Center in Oregon, and Administrative Director of Heartbeat in New Hampshire. Tim believes, "Though profit matters, it's not about the money. What I enjoy most is helping meet other's needs, fulfilling their goals and dreams, and helping them reach their full potential."

Minnix Commercial's vision statement of "Building Valued Relationships" is based upon the way Tim lives his life. Tim also expects all of his associates to not only meet our clients' needs, but exceed their expectations.
