When a client may have already selected an architect, finalized plans and is ready to partner with a contractor, such as Minnix, they may choose to negotiate a contract. The plans are released for bid to vendors and a final guaranteed price is established by mutual agreement. Negotiated contracts allow the owner and Minnix to maximize quality at the best value.
