Minnix Commercial Construction is a Lubbock based construction firm that has been in the construction business since 1970. Within the West Texas and Eastern New Mexico commercial construction marketplace, Minnix Commercial is a recognized leader. Minnix Commercial Construction provides cost estimating in-house that accurately reflects the scope of work involved for the project under consideration. We have developed thorough systems in which we provide construction management, hard bids, and negotiated contracts. Our database of over five thousand sub-contractors allows us a resource to find the best quality and value. Minnix is pro-active and works closely with owner and Architect to value-engineer any project, and provide solutions to any unanticipated events that may arise on a project. As part of your management team, Minnix will provide expertise in advertising for bids, and procurement of materials and sub-contractor bids that will provide the best value at the lowest cost. Minnix Commercial is also a member of the Associated General Contractors of America West Texas Chapter.
