Minnix has established strategic partnerships with architects and engineers to allow a turn-key process for your project. The Minnix design team works together with the owner during the early stages of the design process to help control costs and time through its knowledge of construction materials and pricing. Once a design is completed, Minnix typically enters into a negotiated contract to complete the construction. Design-Build allows the owner to deal with only ONE firm that will guide them throughout the project.
