Minnix

This service allows the owner to hire Minnix to manage the construction process from planning to completion. Minnix will work with owners and selected architects, throughout the planning stage, to develop cost saving ideas. Subcontractor bids and material costs are reviewed with the owner and a total contract price is established, including a management fee for Minnix to manage the construction process.
